- Which terminal do I name when I book?
- Whichever one your aircraft puts down at. McNamara, else it is Warren Cleage Evans. Write it beside the flight number and your car stands on the arrivals roadway outside it. Not certain which it is? Give the flight number by itself and the desk works it out.
- My flight is running late. Then what?
- Give us the revised touchdown time. The drop is scheduled against that, not against the hour written on the original booking, so a delay moves your car rather than leaving it standing.
- Where exactly is the car when I walk out?
- Out on the arrivals level, in front of whichever building you named, at the same door you would use to meet somebody collecting you. Nothing to cross, no bus to board.
- Why does the board show fewer vehicles than the fleet size?
- The fleet figure is the count Rochester Car Rental runs. This board carries only what has been released to it at this moment, which is the smaller number. Go to rochester.rentals for the whole picture.
- Who takes the payment?
